Oribe Pots from the 1600s

Some Oribe pots form Japan 1600s. There are modern day potters such as Matsuzaki Ken reproducing this style. One feature is the glaze turns to a chun blue where it has thickened through movement of the glaze.
I found these through looking for a copper green recipe. I have decided I will use an ash glaze and add copper. Have to test it first and obtain ash!
